Smith Brake Co

The best. Honest and fairly priced. They've helped me a couple of times with issues that had nothing to do with their shot. If you are a female looking for an honest place that won't take advantage of you this is it.

Super friendly customer service!! The owner and his father in law treated me as if I was a long time loyal customer when in reality it was my first time here. I came in thinking that I needed to replace my front brakes and the technician took a test drive. He stated that my front brakes would be good for 4 months or so and stated that the back brakes needed replaced as well as a caliper. The price he quoted was very reasonable and I had came here initially because the price I was quoted from the beginning was at least $100 cheaper than 5 other places I had called. The whole experience made me understand why this place is highly reviewed and recommended. I stayed and waited for my van to be serviced and was there 90 minutes which was the time I was told I would be waiting. What's also amazing is that while I waited, they booked 11 additional appointments for the next 2 weeks. 2 customers that were ahead of me also told them they came to this location based on a recommendation from someone. I have now truly become a loyal customer and will recommend to everyone I know!

What a great professional experience I would highly recommend them every time for any break services needed. They were very honest ,transparent , and friendly they explained to me I only needed my rear brake pads and Rotors done and still have some months left on the front! What service shop do you know is going to be this transparent and honest and not try to upsell you! Thank you so much I will be back for any brake services needed in the future.
